I would like to thank you so much for your support while I have not been on the site I had a little
break and I am really thankful for all the candles which has been Left for our Dad it means the
world to us!
I will do your angels a Candle from Time to Time as I am getting really Depressed by coming on the
sites to much! I really appricate all the candles you all have left for my dad and the support you
always give to me and my family, I will always have your angles in my heart so If I dont do a candle
it doesnt mean I still dont think of them honest, I will be on from time to time and I will do a
candle I promise, Take care and thank you so much x

Mr John Galbraith, My dad was so special and he was my world, as well as my life, He passed away on
the 4th May 1998 in Hope Hospital, he was 57yrs. He lived in Lower Broughton and was a star! he was
orignally Born in GLASGOW Lanarkshire Scotland where he has a big family Hes Mother was Called
Margaret and hes Father was called James, Who sadly Passed away. He has 3 Sisters who are called
Margaret, Davida, Lily- (Not Long Passed away) and has 3 Brothers Named Henry, William, James,
Dad Married My mother (Martha) on the 1st November 1962 In Glasgow
He then came to England with my Mother.
Our Dad died of Lung Cancer, and He also Had a Tumor In hes Chest. Our dad was our best friend and
our Life and he was so special and it's true what they say GOD only takes the best and he did that,
Just a shame he had to go so soon without a goodbye from all of us.
Memories of my dad not sure where to start as a lot come to mind,
He always kept me a jar of pennies and took us to the shop to get lots of toffees, he always used to
sing songs to me which were so funny they were called "Days" and the other was "I no an old lady who
swallowed a fly" we would watch old clint eastwood films together and John wayne and hes old time
favorite was Laurel & Hardy
He was a Brilliant Grandad to all he's Granchildren He always had penguins in the fridge for hes
granchildren. He also has great granchildren Now which he never got the chance to see. You were a
very special sadly missed by all of us!
He was a father to. Rita,Ian,Robert, John Davida, Samantha , Veronica , Angeline.
(R.I.P Baby John Who Is Now With His Grandad) . He Was One Special Grandad To : Paul, Shermain,
Anthony, Ryan, Amy, Leona, Billie, Kieran, Joshua, David, Jade , Owen, Codie, Andre and Jack
(Sadley didnt see Jack)

I could not write everything on the candle as I cant have that many letters on there which is Silly!
Just want to say I Love you and always will do until the day we meet again! I have been feeling alot better since not coming on the site so much Hope thats not a bad thing I dont mean it that way I mean it was getting me down everyday when I was coming on and seeing your photo and Knowing I cant do anything to get you back its so painful dad honest I was finding it difficult to stay off here and Joe was worried about me and mum was too.
I no you are in my heart and you are all over on photos no matter where I seem to be, I missed My Birthday Card from you on Monday so I was to upset to come on and talk to you! I was 30 dad I am feeling old ha ha
How funny is this me and Our Davida and that went out to a pub and they played your song "Do you ever get one of them days" awwww I had a lump in my throat beacuse thats what I will always remeber you singing that to us all!
I am so pleased My Friends have been leaving you candles Its so lovely.

My family, tell a lot of lies, they never did before,
From now until the day they die, they'll tell a whole Lot more.
They used to tell the truth a lot, but now it doesn't Matter,
I died and went to heaven, now their life is all Shatter’d.
Ask my family how they are, and they'll say "oh Yes I'm fine!"
But they want to beg, "Please help me, ‘cause I’ve Lost that dad of mine".
Ask my family how they are, and they'll say, "oh I'm Alright",
If that's the truth then tell me please, why do they Cry each night?
Ask my family how thy are ’cause they seems to cope So well,
They didn't have a choice, you see, nor yet the Strength to yell.
You think you know the feeling, but in fact this Cann't be,
For even though you loved me, it was not as much as My family did.
They’ll smile and they will tell you, "It's OK, God Has a plan”
But then they’ll turn away and cry, ‘cause they can't Understand why ????.
You tell a joke they giggle, but in fact their not OK,
They wants to share the joke with me, but it won’t be Today.
I watch my family from here in Heaven, their distress Disturbs My peace,
Will someone please take care of them, and thus take Care of me?
"Some day you will feel better", "Yes I will one day" They lie,
They knows this won't happen until they day they die.
Ask my family how they are and they'll say, "I’m Doing good"
They cannot tell you how they feel - oh, how I wish They could.
Ask my family how they are: "I'm ok, I'm fine, I'm Coping.”
For God's sake, just tell the truth and say your Heart is broken.
Ask my family how they are and they’ll reply "I'm Well, and you?”
I'll shake my head in Heaven, ‘cause it simply isn't True.
They'll love me all their life's, just like I loved Them all of mine,
The'll lie and try to hide the pain, pretending that They are fine.
Their carnival is over, they have stepped off the Carousel,
But to save you feeling bad they'll say, "Yes thank You, all is well".
My family haven't gone mad quite yet, but oh, so very Near,
Don't ask them how their doing, ask them how they are Doing ...REALLY.
I’m watching them from Heaven, and I cann't hug them From here,
So if they lie to you, don't listen to them, but Please hug them and hold them close.
On the day we'll meet for ever we shall smile and I'll be bold:
"You're lucky to get in here with all the lies You've told!!"
